CuteUploads™ (version 1.0) is a great free photo hosting for your daily online surfing. You will have several types of links to the photo that you have stored with us including a direct link which makes it suitable to publish the photo anywhere while the links can be also used in websites, blogs and any content management system. You don't even have to register to be able to upload but registration.

The following types of files may not be uploaded under any circumstances :

  • Files that are nude and/or contain sex scenes.
  • Files that are pornographic or contain any obscene scenes.
  • Files that are illegal and/or are in violation of any laws pertaining to digital content usage.
  • Files that infringe copyrights of any entity. This includes, but is not limited to, copyrighted photographs and flash presentations.
  • Files uploaded with intention to harass individual or multiple persons, promote any products or services through direct advertisements for the purpose of commercial profit, without attaining the permission of CuteUploads.com.

Terms of Use

CuteUploads™ ("We", "CuteUploads.org") reserves the right to remove images from our server if they are found to be illegal, introduce security issues, use too much bandwidth, or for any other reason as we see fit. This service is provided free of charge and is not expected to be used to host images for large-scale web sites. Files consuming too much bandwidth on a regular basis will be removed. We do not allow uploading of adult content. This would include pictures containing nudity and sexual situations. We also do not allow pictures that depict illegal activities or subjects. Those who upload illegal files will be blocked (by IP address) from using our service. Legal authorities may be contacted if the subject of the file is found to be illegal. CuteUploads retains no copyright to photos on this site. All uploaded files are copyright by their respective owners. Images uploaded to CuteUploads.org are public on the gallery by default unless you chose to make them private. When you upload a file, you will be given link to view the file and they will be available to the public via the gallery if you choose to make them public. CuteUploads may modify this policy at any time and without warning or prior notice.
